Over the past 20 years, Lynn has worked with children of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds in a variety of clinical settings. After many years as a Registered Nurse in the NICU at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, she obtained her master’s degree from Boston College as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She then earned her post master’s degree from Stony Brook University and became a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
She previously worked at Bridgeport Hospital, providing primary care to high-risk adolescents from low income urban areas. Over the last 4 years, she has worked in primary care in private practice. Lynn particularly loves working with young children and adolescents who struggle with behavioral and mental health concerns, including ADHD.
Lynn truly enjoys developing and building relationships with her patients and their families, and believes that gaining a better understanding of their unique needs is essential to achieving the best clinical outcomes. As a busy Mom with three teenagers, she is keenly aware of the many stressors and challenges our youth face in today’s world; this awareness fuels her passion to care for others and guide her patients in their transition to wellness.
